Rates

Shipping is a flat ₹49 on orders under ₹999, and free on orders of ₹999 or more.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, though metro cities are often faster.

Tracking

Once your order ships, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order detail page — visit Profile → Orders to check status anytime.

Delays

Occasionally weather, courier network issues, or regional restrictions cause delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.

Serviceability

We currently ship across India. If your pincode isn't serviceable by our courier partner, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
