These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jebora website and your purchase of products from Jebora Industries Pvt Ltd ("Jebora", "we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

An order is a request to purchase, not a binding contract until we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse any order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error occurred — and will notify you and refund any payment already collected.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery where available. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.

3. Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

5. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but do not warrant that they are error-free. Actual product packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jebora's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
